There are various types of bias whether they are obvious, hidden or unconscious. Our expert panel will discuss the differences between unconscious, implicit and cognitive biases and help us to acknowledge our own self perception and challenge them accordingly.

Asif is the SVP for Equity and Inclusion, International, he was previously the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Adidas and has a long and rich career in the diversity and inclusion space with senior executive roles at The Telegraph Media Group, EY Financial Services and the City of London Police.
Marcia organises numerous networking events, webinars and workshops for ICAEW's Communities, and also facilitates on a number of panel discussions with topics based on the nine characteristics from the Equality Act 2010. She is also very passionate about supporting black talent within the accountancy profession and beyond.
