Session

Title Pressure to perform while digitally transforming
Date 18 August
Time 14:30-15:00

The global COVID-19 crisis has intensified the pressure on finance teams to cut costs, while continuing to increase the pace of digital transformation. Recommending where the C-Suite saves costs or equally invests, with a lack of transparency across service profitability, projects or vendors is near impossible.

Especially when you are still manoeuvring through government job support schemes, a largely virtual workforce and complex digital initiatives. Harald Matzke (co-founder of cubus – A Serviceware Company) will discuss the challenges facing every finance professional right now and the role of real-time fact based decision making.

Harald Matzke is board member and co-founder of cubus – A Serviceware Company, he is a speaker at Virtually Live 2020
